Original artworks are shipped via EMS (Japan Post) with tracking.

Small items (postcards, bookmarks) are shipped via ePacket.

EMS: approx. 5–10 business days

ePacket: approx. 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Tracking

All international shipments include tracking numbers.

Tracking information will be provided after shipment.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping fee.

Combined Shipping

If you purchase multiple items in one order,

they will be combined into one package whenever possible,

and shipping will be charged once.

Packaging

Artworks are carefully packaged with protective materials

to ensure safe international delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery

with photos of the package and item.
